Workout in a supportive environment and reach the results you want much faster than in a gym. As a personal training studio we have a combination of free weights and cable machines, kettlebells, squat racks, bosu balls, jump rope, medicine and stability balls, ab bench, trampolines, power blocks, balance disks, TRX, kickboxing with punching bags, speedbag, resistance bands, foam rollers, and more!

CardioZone

 

Exercise in our private cardio area with TV's. We do not have the big box gym atmosphere that is crowded with many people. We offer a smaller, more private setting.

 

We have treadmills, ellipticals, spin and recumbent bikes, airdyne, and free style gazelle.

 

Increase your metabolism and watch that extra fat melt away doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Also receive benefits from doing steady-state cardio training such as increasing your aerobic fitness level, heart health and cardiovascular endurance.
